July 2007-Present – Vice Chair of NAACP National Youth Work Committee, I am responsible for assisting the committee in creating the policies and action plans of the Youth and College Division.

January 2005-Present – President of NAACP New York State Youth and College Division, As the President I am responsible for overseeing all 20 units across New York State in effectively carrying out the mission of the NAACP.

1991-Present – Co-Founder of 75 Avenue Playground Volunteer Group, Inc. As a member of this organization I help to bring programs & events to the playground and ensure that the maintenance of this playground carried out regularly by NYC Parks & Rec. Because of my commitment, I was given a Parks & Rec. nickname, at the age of 12 by Parks Commissioner Henry J. Stern.
